This position involves preparing food and serving customers in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The role also involves taking customer orders, preparing short-preparation-time items, serving customers efficiently and friendly, completing orders from steam tables and grills, and using approved recipes and production standards for quality, temperature, and portion control. Please note that due to the nature of working in an educational facility, there may be periods of unpaid work or temporary layoff during breaks, though year-round work at potentially different locations may be required based on business needs.
