Trinity Glen is seeking a dependable and motivated full-time Prep Cook/Cook to join our dining services team. This position plays an important role in preparing quality meals, supporting daily kitchen operations, and helping provide a welcoming dining experience for the residents we serve.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience.
• Ability to follow recipes and understand special diet orders.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of food sanitation principles.
• Prior cooking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to planned menus, meeting special dietary requirements and portion controls.
• Follow standardized recipes and help plan special meals or introduce new menu ideas.
• Train, coach, and supervise dietary staff to maintain excellent service standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, following daily cleaning schedules.
• Report equipment and supply needs to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
