Salt + Marrow Kitchen, located within Crowne Plaza North Augusta, is seeking a skilled, dependable, and team-oriented PM Cook to join our culinary team. This individual will play a key role in supporting evening dining operations by preparing high-quality menu items and helping deliver exceptional food and guest experiences within a fast-paced full-service restaurant environment. The PM Cook is responsible for preparing and executing dinner service menu items in accordance with established recipes, presentation standards, food safety guidelines, and operational expectations. Responsibilities include food preparation, line execution, station setup and breakdown, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, monitoring food quality, and ensuring timely ticket execution during high-volume dinner service periods. The ideal candidate will possess strong culinary fundamentals, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work efficiently within a collaborative kitchen environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Prior restaurant, hotel, or high-volume culinary experience is preferred, along with a strong understanding of food safety, kitchen operations, and consistency in food execution.
