About The Position
Cook/ Manager needed for School food service program in the Clinton Twp., NJ areas. K - 12 experience a plus. Monday through Friday. Day shift position. No weekends or Holidays. Summers off.
Requirements
- ServSafe® Certification needed.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast pace team environment.
- Must be able to obtain proper documentation to work in NJ schools.
Nice To Haves

- Following recipes according to the NSLP.
- Stocking
- Ordering
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen.
- Enforcing the use of PPE at all times.
- Oversee kitchen area and staff, etc.
