This role involves preparing food orders in a timely manner according to standard recipes, monitoring food production to ensure quality standards, and maintaining station inventory and ordering stock. The cook will receive and prepare food orders for a specific cuisine according to assigned restaurant standards, coordinate orders for pick-up, and maintain cleanliness of their workstation and storage areas. Additionally, the cook will control waste through proper rotation, storage, and quantity control, and consistently apply established safety and sanitation procedures.
