About The Position
The Cooks/Kitchen Helper Position is responsible for assisting in the serving and preparation of food. In addition, maintaining good housekeeping in the kitchen and dining areas.
Requirements
- Food Handler Card
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to have a highly motivated and energetic personality
- Working Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment
Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable in proper cooked and uncooked food temperatures
- Knowledge of all safety guidelines in kitchen
- Cleans and checks service equipment
- Able to identify and safely use all kitchen equipment
- Cleans and maintains kitchen facilities
- Assists in moving and storing supplies
