Requirements

Passion for working in the food service industry.
Strong foundation of knowledge regarding the standards of food preparation and serving.
Knowledge of storage of food and kitchen procedures.
Desire to learn and grow in culinary skills.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

Assisting the Food Service Manager in preparing and serving nutritious meals to our campers, staff and guests.
Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
Upholding our values of Respect and Responsibility to contribute to a positive dining experience.
Promoting health and wellness through delicious meals and a clean kitchen space.
