This position is responsible for the fast and clean servicing of all menu items to the restaurant service persons and for seeing that each order that is sent out is uniform. The role involves controlling food production to include proper cooking methods, cooking times and temperatures, and ensuring sanitation, handling, and storage of prepared foods and leftovers. The Cook Intermediate must prepare for rush periods of work without falling behind and perform related duties as requested or required. The role also requires understanding and responding to internal guests' needs, communicating in a friendly, respectful, and understandable manner, and providing consistent, timely, and accurate information. Teamwork, cooperation with other departments, and speaking positively about the company are also essential.
