Prepare food of consistent quality and assist in kitchen functions. This role involves preparing food according to recipe cards and production standards, ensuring proper portioning. The cook will also be responsible for managing food inventory, including dating and rotating stock, and ensuring perishables are kept at correct temperatures. Additionally, the cook will assist in maintaining buffet levels and operating and cleaning various kitchen equipment. This position requires compliance with attendance policies and the ability to perform other assigned duties.
