As a Cook, you’ll play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You’ll prepare quality food according to established recipes, presentation standards, and production needs while working alongside our culinary team. From prepping ingredients to cooking and plating, you’ll help ensure every dish meets our standards for quality, consistency, and presentation. Your teamwork, flexibility, and commitment to food safety will help keep our kitchen running smoothly and our guests coming back for more.

Requirements

Previous culinary, restaurant, or food preparation experience preferred.
Ability to follow recipes, production schedules, and verbal and written instructions.
Knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking techniques.
Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment safely.
Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, temperature control, and proper food storage.
Ability to maintain quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs, staffing levels, and procedures.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
Active kitchen environment requiring extended periods of standing and walking.
Ability to stand and walk for 6 hours or more during a shift.
Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and twisting.
Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry food, equipment, carts, pans, and trays weighing from 0 to over 50 pounds occasionally.
Frequent repetitive motions throughout the shift.
Ability to work in environments with significant temperature changes, including hot kitchen areas, steam, refrigerators, and freezers.
Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment and follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
Must maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
