As a member of our culinary team, at Truth and Tonic you will have the opportunity to work with the freshest, clean, organic ingredients, techniques and presentations that make us exceptional. You will be primarily responsible for assisting the preparation of either hot food or ready to eat products for our guests as well as maintaining kitchen sanitation to Healthy Department standards. You will work closely with our pastry bakers and prep cooks to produce vibrant and appetizing cuisine for our guests. Truth and Tonic is open for breakfast and lunch daily from 7:00 am - 2:00 pm.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of cooking experience
- Mature, outgoing attitude
- Pride in standards of excellent food service
- Embrace and follow procedures according to Health Code at all times
Responsibilities
- Assisting the preparation of either hot food or ready to eat products for our guests
- Maintaining kitchen sanitation to Healthy Department standards
- Working closely with pastry bakers and prep cooks to produce vibrant and appetizing cuisine
