This role is responsible for setting up and organizing the work area, receiving and inspecting food products, preparing and storing raw food, and cooking menu items according to standardized recipes and portion control guidelines. The Cook II ensures quality product preparation and timely service, adheres to sanitation standards, and safely operates kitchen equipment. This position also involves maintaining cleanliness, assisting the steward with dishwashing needs, and completing closing side work to ensure the kitchen is secure at the end of the shift. Teamwork, communication, and adherence to hotel standards are essential.
