This position is responsible for preparing and cooking all food items according to company standards, ensuring adherence to recipes, procedures, and service standards. The Cook II will perform basic cooking operations, maintain their assigned station's cleanliness and sanitation, and assist other kitchen personnel as needed. This role also involves completing prep work for the next shift, proper storage of food items, and maintaining organization in storage areas. Additionally, the Cook II will provide guidance to peer group employees, maintain regular attendance, and follow Bally's Values and Purpose model.
