This position is responsible for preparing and cooking all food items according to company standards for recipes and procedures. The Cook II will adhere to time and sequence of cooking operations to meet service standards and will perform basic cooking operations. This role also involves plating food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, assisting other personnel, and completing prep work for the next shift. The Cook II will provide guidance to peer group employees and must maintain regular attendance and follow the Purpose and Value Model.
