The Cook II is a mid-level cook responsible for a variety of cooking methods and cuisines, assisting in all areas of the kitchen, including prep, line, grille, and sauté. This position may work in the Banquet Kitchen (high volume for ballrooms, coffee breaks, and Associate Cafeteria), Market Restaurant (world fair cuisine buffet), Albero Restaurant (classic Italian), or Ember Restaurant (Latin Steakhouse flare). The role requires full availability and is a full-time position.
