About The Position

Prepares and presents menu items during cafeteria service to meet Quest standards. Follows preparation lists for items needed to execute menus and assists with day-to-day kitchen operations. Duties may include bulk preparation, catering preparation, receiving products, and cleaning. Assists customers and maintains service lines in a consistent and professional manner. Assists with cold prep, salad, and grab-and-go production using recipes, and serves food on the hot line. Follows HACCP and food safety guidelines and receives and puts away kitchen deliveries.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present menu items during cafeteria service to meet Quest standards.
Follow preparation lists for menu execution.
Assist with day-to-day kitchen operations.
Perform duties that may include bulk preparation, catering preparation, product receiving, and cleaning.
Assist customers and maintain service lines in a consistent and professional manner.
Assist with cold prep, salad, and grab-and-go production using recipes.
Serve food on the hot line.
Follow HACCP and food safety guidelines.
Receive and put away kitchen deliveries.
