About The Position
Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital seeks a Cook I for their Nutrition department responsible for cooking, planning, and preparing products according to recipes that meet standards of quality and meets portion control guidelines. Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a cook
- California Food Handlers Card
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, knife handling, and sanitation guidelines
Nice To Haves
- Certificate in Culinary Arts or comparable training and work experience
- ServSafe certificate
