About The Position

This position is responsible for preparing and delivering meals that meet individual dietary needs while maintaining high standards of food quality, sanitation, and safety. The ideal candidate is attentive to detail, customer-focused, and able to follow standardized recipes, portion control guidelines, and menus, including regular and modified diets. Haxtun Health, a cornerstone of the beautiful northeast Colorado plains, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Cook to join our compassionate team!

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to follow a standardized recipe and practice portion control
Ability to understand regular and modified diets and use a menu as reference
1 year of experience in food preparation and sanitation

Nice To Haves

Healthcare food service experience preferred
