The Cook Associate will assist the taqueria leader in preparing authentic Mexican dishes and performing other necessary tasks. This role involves maintaining the presentation and stock of the food line, preparing various components like sauces, fresh waters, fruit cocktails, and handmade corn tortillas. The position also requires elaborating on pre-production preparations, providing excellent customer service, and adhering to health and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include cleaning, product rotation, organizing refrigerators, ensuring condiment and cutlery availability, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the taqueria area. The associate must also report faulty equipment and hazards to management and perform any other tasks assigned by the store manager.
