About The Position

Come join us at Great Beginnings of Dracula as a Cook /Kitchen Support Staff! Daily Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm. As a Cook/ Support Saff, you will manage all aspects of the school kitchen and ensure the safety and cleanliness of the kitchen. The Cook also helps prepare healthy meals and/or snacks for our students.

Requirements

High School Diploma required.
1+ years of experience in a similar role.
Ability to use standard office equipment, such as a computer and/or smartphone.

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service, healthcare, or retail.

Responsibilities

Create menus, order food, prepare meals and deliver meals to other locations.
Order products on a regular schedule to eliminate out of stock items such as food, paper goods, cleaning supplies and snacks, as well as process inventory of all kitchen items.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including all food preparation areas, food containers, refrigerators, and freezers.
Maintain the highest level of sanitation and be responsible for the inspection with the health department.
Other duties, as assigned.
