About The Position
Ferraro’s Cook 4: Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner, food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the Kitchen Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
Requirements
- Minimum six months culinary or related work experience.
- Ability to operate, maintain and properly clean all equipment and utensils.
- Proficient knife skills and ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to work a minimum of one station in an outlet.
- Hawaii Food Handler’s Card
- Tuberculosis Clearance
- ServSafe (within 3 months)
- Valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
Responsibilities
- Assistance with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen using a tray and safely transporting it to guest, as well as removal of items from the guest’s table.
- Breakdown, clean and set-up of tables, buffets, and food stations.
- Stock linen, china, silver and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition.
