Requirements

• You have a talent for preparing and caring for every detail in our sophisticated kitchen and hotel.
• Great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• Can comfortably communicate in English.
• Attention to detail is critical for this role.
• Flexibility from everyone on the team.
• Regularly required to talk, and hear.
• Frequently required to walk and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to withstand all weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous luxury culinary experience or culinary schooling is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cooking, while considering portion control to ensure consistency during their day.
• Wash, cut and season in preparation for cooking.
• Plating and garnishing with all dishes to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
• Wash and sanitize the kitchen to prepare for the next shifts and keep to the Food and Health Safety standards.
• Fulfill special requests from guests involving dietary restrictions, allergies and even special occasions.
