About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Cook 2 to join their dynamic Food & Beverage Team. This role is responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner per guest orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have excitement and dedication in serving guests and understanding all menus and food items in the hotel.

Requirements

• One to two years’ experience working in Food & Beverage preferred
• Food Handlers Certifications required
• Work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

• Prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner per guest orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.
• Knows all menus and food items in the hotel.
• Cooks for Room Service, Bar, Banquets, and Ciclo.
