Responsible for achieving all standards for basic food preparation and cooking. This role involves preparing, seasoning, finishing, and garnishing all food, maintaining refrigeration and storage areas, and ensuring a clean and sanitary work station in accordance with health regulations. The position also requires adherence to recipes and specifications, assisting with guest requests and stocking, proper storage and rotation of food products, and performing various food preparation techniques such as stirring, straining, and re-thermalization.
