About The Position

The Air Solutions COO / Integrator is a leadership role focused on creating accountability and follow-through across the organization. This individual will bring clarity, direction, and solutions to challenges, and will enjoy helping managers grow while ensuring the business moves toward its goals. The ideal candidate is growth-oriented, highly accountable, a direct communicator, operationally driven, and strategic yet detail-oriented. This role is pivotal in Air Solutions' next chapter of growth, serving as the operational leader to elevate the performance of leaders and teams, and acting as a trusted partner to the Visionary to turn ideas into action and maintain focus on key objectives. The position is full-time, in-person, and based in Tulsa, OK.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a COO, Integrator, General Manager, or senior operational leader, with responsibility for leading managers and multiple departments
  • Proven ability to build accountability, develop leaders, and improve organizational performance
  • Strong financial and business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and KPI-driven decision-making
  • Experience scaling a service-based business through operational leadership, process improvement, and team development
  • Experience partnering with sales leadership to improve performance, strengthen accountability, and drive revenue growth.
  • Technology and AI fluency

  • Direct oversight of sales teams or sales leaders
  • Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®)
  • Success growing membership, subscription, service agreement, or recurring revenue programs
  • Experience partnering with a founder, owner, or Visionary
  • Background in residential home services, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar trades
  • Background working in both larger corporate environments and founder-led or family-owned businesses
  • Marketing knowledge, including lead generation and customer acquisition strategies that support business growth

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of the business, ensuring departments are aligned, accountable, and working toward shared goals.
  • Coach and develop leaders, creating a culture of ownership, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Address challenges and performance issues directly, fostering clear communication and accountability throughout the organization.
  • Facilitate leadership team meetings and ensure decisions, priorities, and commitments are followed through.
  • Drive EOS execution, ensuring Rocks, To-Dos, and strategic initiatives are completed effectively.
  • Build scalable systems, processes, and operational standards that improve consistency and efficiency.
  • Partner with the Visionary to prioritize opportunities, translate ideas into action, and drive strategic initiatives to completion.
  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to support sustainable growth.
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve performance, strengthen accountability, and drive revenue growth.
  • Align teams and resources around initiatives that support membership subscription growth, customer retention, and long-term company objectives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to ensure the business is on track to achieve growth goals.
  • Create the operational structure and discipline necessary to support the company's continued expansion.
