Conveyor Offline Lead

The Conveyors Offline Lead oversees manual or semi-automated conveyor operations that occur outside main production lines, such as rework, sorting, or specialty pack handling.
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in conveyor or packaging operations.
Nice To Haves
- Leadership or training experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead team in offline sorting, stacking, and transfer operations.
- Maintain workflow efficiency and product integrity.
- Verify counts and pack order accuracy.
- Communicate with Supervisors on rework priorities.
