Position Summary Starting Pay: Based on experience Scheduled - Monday-Friday 3pm to 11pm (Day off during the week) and Saturday 6:30am - 2:30pm

Requirements

  • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Experience performing voltage testing and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of machine motors, conveyor systems, and automated equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs in an industrial, manufacturing, distribution, automated, or logistics environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs, control systems, and Yaskawa VFDs.
  • Experience working in a high-volume distribution center, manufacturing facility, or automated environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on facility equipment and systems.
  • Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Perform voltage readings and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot machine motors, conveyor systems, and automated equipment.
  • Inspect machinery for wear, defects, and potential failures to minimize downtime.
  • Inspect and replace worn bearings, sprockets, rollers, motors, gearboxes, and other mechanical components as needed.
  • Complete work orders, maintenance documentation, and spare parts inventory tracking.
  • Support equipment improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency.
  • Handle complex maintenance issues with limited supervision.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced team members as needed.
