The Conversion Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily conversion operations and ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient setup and turnover of events. Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Supervisory Experience Required

Nice To Haves

• 3+ Years of Prior Relevant Conversion/stage production experience or public venue/event related Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise conversion operations
• Supervise the conversion staff and temporary on call labor
• Work closely with management staff and department supervisors during event planning stages
• Maintain all staging, seating and bleacher components, the basketball court, hockey dasher systems and installation equipment, as well as backstage equipment and spaces if applicable (i.e. dressing room furniture, coolers, etc.)
• Supervise the routine and process for all daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal duties
• Verify policies including safety, productivity, and reliability are enforced
• Maintain, repair, and restore equipment, systems, seating and bleachers
• Use the tools and procedures provided by the management team to manage inventory and equipment
