The Concessions Lead Cook at T-Mobile Arena is responsible for preparing food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable federal, state, local and company standards, guidelines and regulations. This role may involve overseeing the cooking activities of food service associates, preparing various entrees and menu items following established recipes, and operating and cleaning equipment. The position also includes ensuring proper food storage, labeling, and dating, adhering to HACCP guidelines, and complying with health and sanitation regulations. The Lead Cook assists the Food Service Director with daily production records, documentation, and cross-training employees.
