This will be a hybrid position in Jefferson City, MO with onsite required for major milestones and working sessions. Role overview: Lead the data conversion workstream for a statewide HCBS case management implementation. Develop and execute a repeatable, auditable conversion approach that supports phased go-lives and protects the integrity of authorization and service delivery data that drives billing/claims outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years implementing a case management system of similar scope/size
• Proven delivery of large-scale data conversion efforts including reconciliation and cutover
• Strong SQL and ETL/migration tooling experience; strong documentation discipline
• Strong familiarity with billing-adjacent data (authorizations, service delivery, provider/service definitions)

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the Data Migration/Conversion Plan (sources, mapping, sequencing, validation, cutover)
• Inventory legacy sources and define data quality rules and remediation approach
• Execute iterative mock conversions; reconcile results; drive defect correction and retesting
• Coordinate conversion schedules with configuration, integration, testing, and training needs
• Ensure converted authorization/service delivery/provider data is reliable for billing/claims use cases
