About The Position

Charleston County Environmental Management is looking for a highly motivated, safety-minded individual who likes working outdoors, assisting members of the general public, providing outstanding customer service and performing a variety of tasks at our convenience centers. This employee’s primary site will be at the Hollywood Convenience Center.

Requirements

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license for South Carolina with safe driving record
• One (1) year of experience in dealing with the public/ Customer Service
• Ability to present a positive attitude when dealing with the residents of Charleston County
• Position requires an 8th grade education OR any equivalent combination of training and work experience which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the work.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the timely opening and closing of assigned convenience center
• Maintaining convenience center and surrounding areas are clean and free of debris.
