About The Position
The Controls Technician will be responsible for installing, testing, and troubleshooting Building Automation Systems (BAS). This role involves working closely with controls installations, start-up, and termination of equipment and programs. The technician will also communicate with building owners, end users, and general contractors, and collaborate within a team environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Controls Technician or similar position
- Well versed in troubleshooting controls BAS systems
- Knowledge of controls programming and experience rewriting sequences
- Hands-on experience with wire pulling and bending conduit
- Knowledge and experience with programming
- Fundamental understanding of installing and testing building automation systems
- Strong understanding of commissioning protocols and point-to-point checkouts

- Troubleshoot controls BAS systems
