About The Position

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business. The Controls Technician will coordinate task sequencing and resource allocation to optimize workflow efficiency and meet service targets. They will monitor installation performance and system outputs to identify trends and initiate corrective actions. The role involves evaluating technical discrepancies and documentation gaps to improve controls and reduce recurrence, facilitating adherence to installation procedures and safety standards, resolving complex technical issues, and instructing team members on installation practices and technical standards.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, electronics, mechanical systems, facilities maintenance, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
Certification in maintenance, technical operations, or equipment handling, or equivalent preferred.
