About The Position
This position is for a Controls Technician with a large HVAC Mechanical & Controls Company. The role involves working closely with controls installations and the start-up/termination of equipment and programs. The technician will troubleshoot current installed BAS programs and communicate efficiently with building owners and end users. The company serves clients in Pharmaceutical/Biotech, Commercial, Temperature and Humidity monitoring, Energy Solutions, Office Space, and Processing plants, with a mix of new construction and retrofit work.
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Controls Technician or similar position
- Well versed in troubleshooting controls BAS systems
- Fundamental understanding of installing and testing building automation systems
- Strong understanding of commissioning protocols and point to point check outs

- Knowledge of controls programming and graphics
