About The Position

We are seeking a Controls Technician for our Cincinnati, OH location. This is an impressive controls-only company that has been established for over 30 years and has over 100 employees. They specialize in system design & integration, installation, programming, networking, start-up/commissioning, customized projects, preventative maintenance, remote monitoring, and customized maintenance programs for Commercial/Industrial industries. The role involves a mix of service, retrofit, and new construction work.

Requirements

Prior experience as a Controls Technician or similar position
Tridium N4 certified or experienced
Knowledge of communication protocol integration: BACnet, LonMark, Modbus, etc.
Strong ability to troubleshoot controls BAS systems
Communicate effectively and efficiently with end users, general contractors, as well as building owners
Familiarity working with Control databases
Fundamental understanding of installation and testing of BAS systems
Ability to program, troubleshoot, and rewrite sequences

Ability to perform Project Manager responsibilities, minus financials
