The Controls Technician will be responsible for installing, testing, and troubleshooting building automation systems (BAS), including HVAC, controls, lighting, security, access control, video surveillance, and electrical monitoring. This role involves working closely with controls installations, start-up, and termination of equipment and programs. The technician will also communicate with building owners, end-users, and general contractors, and may be involved in rewriting BAS programs. The company has been in business for over 25 years and serves a diverse range of clients including Critical Systems/Data Centers, Pharmaceuticals Facilities, Industrial Sites, Hospitality and Entertainment Venues, Healthcare Buildings and Campuses, Education Facilities, and Commercial Office Buildings and Campuses. They handle a mix of Retrofit, Service, and Design-build/New Construction projects.
