Position Summary The Controls Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and improving manufacturing equipment and automation systems used in an ISO-certified pharmaceutical rubber manufacturing environment. This role supports production by ensuring equipment reliability, validated operating conditions, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety standards, and internal quality systems. Primary responsibilities include execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs, support of process equipment controls and instrumentation, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure operational efficiency and product quality. The technician must maintain a high level of technical competency while adhering to strict documentation and regulatory requirements.
