Requirements
- High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent.
- Eight years of experience in Control System/Building Automation/Management System service and repair in data center, heavy industrial, or pharmaceutical/biomedical environments, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced knowledge of data center infrastructure, including HVAC and electrical equipment.
- Experience troubleshooting Control Systems and BAS/BMS systems (e.g., Automated Logic, Honeywell, Siemens, Edstrom).
- Familiarity with Building Systems sequence of operations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot building automation and control systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal production interruptions.
- Install, configure, test, and maintain application software and system management tools for automated equipment.
- Provide advanced expertise in servicing HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems within mission-critical environments.
- Participate in the commissioning and validation of programming during construction and system upgrades.
- Perform data integration of equipment using field protocols such as BACnet and Modbus.
- Collaborate with specialized technicians, mechanics, and subcontractors to perform facility-related maintenance and repairs.
