Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the HVAC industry servicing electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with hand/power tools, electrical testing equipment (e.g., multimeters), and computer-based diagnostics.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of HVAC sequences and applications.

Nice To Haves

• A vocational program or Associate degree or Military Training in a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of HVAC control and Building Automation Systems supporting commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, manufacturing sites, and data centers.
• Respond to service and warranty calls, providing front-line technical repair.
• Use diagnostic tools and your technical expertise to resolve building inefficiencies and recommend system updates.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, ensuring high-quality service and clear communication.
