About The Position

This role is in support of American Health Packaging, a Cencora business offering pharma packaging services in the US. The Controls Tech II analyzes routine operational data to support issue resolution and improve workflow consistency. They implement incremental process adjustments that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve service delivery. This role also coordinates task dependencies across teams to support smooth execution and timely completion of activities, escalates atypical issues with clear context and recommended actions to support effective resolution, and performs assigned maintenance and operational activities to sustain equipment reliability and process continuity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.

Nice To Haves

Certification in Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or equivalent certification preferred.
