About The Position
This role is in support of American Health Packaging, a Cencora business offering pharma packaging services in the US. The shift for this position is Sunday through Wednesday, 3:30pm - 2:00am. The pay rate is $33.94 - $45.53 per hour, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.
Nice To Haves
- Certification in Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or equivalent certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes routine operational data to support issue resolution and improve workflow consistency.
- Implements incremental process adjustments that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve service delivery.
- Coordinates task dependencies across teams to support smooth execution and timely completion of activities.
- Escalates atypical issues with clear context and recommended actions to support effective resolution.
- Performs assigned maintenance and operational activities to sustain equipment reliability and process continuity.
