Master Building Controls Systems: Develop proficiency in key areas of building controls, including pneumatic, electronic, energy management systems, lighting control systems, computerized control systems, and communication networks.
Develop and Implement Software Solutions: Gain the ability to write and implement software code that aligns with project scopes, specifications, and functional requirements.
Ensure System Performance and Quality: Conduct thorough testing of mechanical equipment and control system components, documenting results and promptly resolving any issues to ensure optimal system functionality.

The Controls Specialist role reports to Kenny Sproul, Controls Specialist Manager. As part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to a variety of projects and initiatives that drive and support our growing business.

Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of mechanical systems, mechanical system controls and building automation systems.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong desire to learn and further expertise in building control systems, including configuration, programming, startup, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of control components, networks, and systems.

Responsibilities
