Requirements

Experience as a Controls Project Manager or similar role within building systems.
Technical understanding of smart building controls, lighting controls, or BAS systems.
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with construction trades.
Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with product lines like Tridium or Distech is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead client engagement through product selection, budgeting, coordination, and project logistics.
Manage project scope, schedules, and cost performance from initial kickoff to closeout.
Collaborate with building owners, engineers, subcontractors, manufacturers, and vendor partners.
Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and progress reports.
Prepare, submit, and track change orders when required.
Negotiate labor pricing and oversee field resource assignments.
Ensure high-quality project delivery while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
