About The Position
INCREDIBLE building automation controls firm that has been around for 35+ years. A lot of the company’s projects are generally for Commercial ‘Class A’ Buildings, Data Centers, Universities & K-12, GSAs, Hospitals, Central Plants, etc. The firm provides “custom engineering” and “BAS installation” and reps a unique DDC block-programming product-line while they also perform very complex “integrations”. There are a lot of tenured employees, and the company has millions in back-log projects in the Building Automation department, which is a good problem.
Requirements
- Controls Start-Up
- Point-To-Point DDC Programming is a PLUS
Responsibilities
- Project manage their own jobs in the field
- Create various applications whether from pre-package libraries or from scratch
- Communication protocol integration (BACnet, LON, Modbus etc)
- Create graphics if needs be
- Tune loops, set alarm points
- Ability to rewrite sequences from the engineering team
