Controls Integration Engineer
About The Position
The Powertrain and Electrified Controls (PTEC) team is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Controls Integration Engineer. In this role, you won’t just be writing code behind a desk—you will be the bridge between software and physical vehicle performance. You will lead the integration of cutting-edge controls for both next-generation electrified vehicles (xEV) and traditional powertrain applications. This is a highly visible role offering immense autonomy, rapid career development, and the unique satisfaction of seeing the direct, tangible output of your work on physical prototype vehicles, dynos, and breadboards.

Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of cutting-edge controls for both next-generation electrified vehicles (xEV) and traditional powertrain applications.
- Lead commissioning, troubleshooting, and milestone reviews.
- Represent the Controls department at major program and launch meetings, presenting directly to stakeholders and leadership at varying technical levels.
- Collaborate daily with diverse teams, including brakes, body controls, and calibration, rapidly expanding your systems-engineering expertise.
