This hands-on role centers on installing and commissioning modern BAS systems and may include a company vehicle for qualified applicants.

Requirements

• Experience as a BAS Installer, Controls Technician, or similar role
• Proficient in conduit bending, wire pulling, and low-voltage installation
• Comfortable using multimeters, analyzers, and testing tools
• Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and construction plans
• Capable of installing and commissioning HVAC control systems
• Understanding of BAS integrations (BACnet, Modbus, or similar protocols)

Nice To Haves

• Journeyman card preferred for vehicle eligibility
• Experience with security, cameras, or access control systems may also qualify

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and troubleshoot BAS equipment and control systems
• Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate panels and field devices
• Use diagnostic tools to verify system operation and identify issues
• Coordinate with team members and review blueprints for installation accuracy
• Assist during equipment startup to ensure full system readiness
• Integrate systems using BACnet, Modbus, and related communication protocols
