About The Position
This role involves providing maintenance and technical support for automated material handling systems. The engineer will troubleshoot various control system components, analyze equipment failures, and implement corrective actions. Responsibilities include modifying and optimizing PLC programs, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating with customer teams, supporting continuous improvement, and maintaining documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in industrial automation or controls engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi PLCs.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Experience troubleshooting automated equipment.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ASRS, conveyor systems, AGV/AMR, or warehouse automation.
- Knowledge of industrial communication networks.
- Strong communication skills in Korean.
Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance and technical support for automated material handling systems.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, servo motors, sensors, and control systems.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Modify and optimize PLC programs as required.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with customer maintenance teams and operations personnel.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability.
- Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation.
