Requirements

Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, graphs, and data analysis
Strong financial reporting, business analysis, and variance analysis experience
Ability to work with large data sets and translate information into business insights
Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter who takes ownership and works independently

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting month-end reporting cycles
Manufacturing industry experience
SAP experience
Experience working within a global or multinational organization
Japanese language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

Prepare recurring financial and operational reports for executive leadership and corporate headquarters
Develop management reporting packages, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
Analyze trends, variances, and key business drivers, providing meaningful insights and recommendations
Partner with Sales and Operations teams to understand business activity and its financial impact
Support month-end reporting and business performance reviews
Consolidate large data sets from multiple sources into clear, actionable reporting
Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and executive inquiries
Present findings and recommendations in a concise and professional manner
