Completes budget planning, financial planning, actual-versus-plan-analysis, benchmarking, forecasting and reporting activities, for the management of an assigned organization unit. About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Analyst to join the NAM Business Performance Controlling (BPC) Closing team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, transparency, and effectiveness of core financial processes including cost centre controlling, allocation cycles, P&L and SG&A analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA/CMA or MBA considered an asset.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning, controlling, or business analysis, preferably in a multinational or matrixed environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel; experience with digital and business intelligence tools (such as Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, or Tableau) will be considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and apply new technologies and digital tools to improve efficiency and drive automation of finance reports. As well as, process optimization, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of cost center structures, financial allocations, SG&A, and compensation processes.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and accountable work style.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency of cost center data.
  • Monitor spending trends, coordinate regular reviews with cost center owners, and support planning and forecasting activities.
  • Design, maintain, and execute cost allocation cycles (e.g., IT, Real Estate, Global Functions) ensuring correct cost distribution and alignment with global and local guidelines.
  • Support and drive the SG&A and P&L analysis.
  • Ensure proper capture, tracking, and analysis of centralized costs to improve transparency and cost accountability.
  • Collaborate with NAM BPC teams to support monthly closing, forecast, budget, and long-range planning cycles.
