About The Position

As a Controlling Analyst, you will be the main link between plant controlling teams and regional management in terms of data analytics and financial reporting. You will review financial data and analyze variances versus plan/forecast, support month-end close and prepare financial reports, and consolidate data from US & Mexico plants. You will also communicate with plants, HQ, and controlling teams, update forecasts, and support planning activities. Additionally, you will perform ad hoc analysis and financial studies (ROI, costs, trends), prepare presentations and reports for management, and support projects (Pricing initiatives, loss makers, etc.). You will ensure data accuracy and alignment with accounting/shared services, and assist team members and support plant needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years related experience.
• Knowledge of current principles of accounting and audit principles.
• Excellent Excel skills, including pivot table and macros preferred.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing company preferred.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
